Shanghai Petroleum Exchange to launch dioctylphthalate trading Aug 28 (The Forex Market)
BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - The Shanghai Petroleum Exchange said it will launch trading of dioctylphthalate from August 28. The exchange, which opened in August last year, now only trades fuel oil. Fuel oil is derived from crude oil and consumed mainly by power plants.
