LONDON (AFP)--The U.K. confirmed a second outbreak of potentially lethal bird flu on Monday, after a farm in eastern England was found to be infected last week. The new case of the H5N1 strain was found on premises near the first farm on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk in eastern England .
